The open concept floor plan opens up to the comfortable living room which includes a pull out sofa for extra sleeping capacity. This floor has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. A full bath and additional half bath, plus laundry machines all on the first floor.
The second floor offers an additional well-appointed kitchen, and another open concept living/dining/kitchen configuration - great for socializing with friends and family! There are 3 more bedrooms - two with king beds and one with a queen, plus a full bathroom and laundry room.
A spiral staircase leads you to the third floor loft/living room area. This room has a comfortable sectional couch plus two fold-down chairs that convert to twin sized beds. There is another full bath on this level, plus an additional bedroom that makes a great kids bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed (4 single beds total).

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay with the exception of the basement. A unique access code will be generated that will allow guests to access the home via smart locks on the main exterior front door and the interior front doors of both the upper and lower units.
This property is a duplex with a 2BR/1.5BA lower unit and a 4BR/2BA upper unit on the 2nd and 3rd floors. This listing is for the entire building, and no other guests will be present during your stay.
