The space

✿ Originally built by a German parlor furniture maker, we suspect this home with all of it's ornate detailing was something of a showpiece for the owner's talents and style.
✿ The home was originally located a few blocks away from where it currently sits and was moved (most likely by a large team of horses) sometime around the turn of the 20th century.
✿ This listing is for the first floor unit of the home (the full property including the upper two floors can also be rented if you need more space).
✿ The first floor features a large primary bedroom with king sized canopy bed, plus two additional bedrooms with queen beds, two full baths, a luxurious living room, updated kitchen, and charming dining room.
